Notice on Alien Registration Card Issuance

- Document Submission Period : September 14 (Mon) – September 18 (Fri), 2026

- Submission Location: N5, Office room 104 

- Office Hours : 09:00–18:00 (Break time: 12:00–13:00)

For alien registration, students must submit the required documents to the office. Chungbuk National University will then submit the applications to the Immigration Office as a group.

After submission, students will visit the Immigration Office by university bus for fingerprint registration. (The exact date will be announced later.)

Once your Alien Registration Card (ARC) is issued, you will be able to open a bank account and obtain a bank card in Korea. You may also apply for a physical student ID card when opening an account at the NH Nonghyup Bank branch on campus.

Please note that September is a peak season for alien registration applications. Therefore, it may take approximately one month to receive your Alien Registration Card.

⚠️ 외국인등록증 발급 안내

- 서류 제출 기간: 2026년 9월 14일(월) ~ 9월 18일(금)

• 제출 장소: N5동 104호
• 사무실 운영시간: 09:00~18:00 (점심시간: 12:00~13:00)

✅ 외국인등록을 위해 학생들은 필요한 서류를 행정실에 제출해야 합니다. 충북대학교에서 서류를 취합하여 출입국·외국인청에 단체로 신청할 예정입니다.

서류 제출 후, 학생들은 지문 등록을 위해 학교 버스를 이용하여 출입국·외국인청을 방문할 예정입니다.
(정확한 방문 일정은 추후 안내드릴 예정입니다.)

✅ 외국인등록증(ARC)이 발급되면 한국에서 은행 계좌를 개설하고 체크카드를 발급받을 수 있습니다. 또한 교내 NH농협은행에서 계좌 개설 시 실물 학생증도 함께 신청할 수 있습니다.

✅ 9월은 외국인등록 신청이 집중되는 시기이므로, 외국인등록증 발급까지 약 1개월 정도 소요될 수 있으니 참고하시기 바랍니다.
