International students who have submitted all required documents for their Alien Registration Card (ARC) must visit the Cheongju Immigration Office for fingerprint registration.

We originally planned to travel to the Immigration Office by university bus.

However, due to vehicle issues, the university bus will not be available this time.

Therefore, students are asked to travel to the Cheongju Immigration Office individually or in groups with other students. We kindly ask for your understanding.

The group fingerprint registration has been scheduled for Monday, September 21, or Tuesday, September 22.

A group appointment has been arranged with the Cheongju Immigration Office, and a staff member from the School of International Studies will accompany and guide the students.

⚠️ If you cannot participate in this group fingerprint registration, you may have to wait a considerable amount of time until the next available fingerprint registration appointment. Therefore, if possible, please choose Monday, September 21 or Tuesday, September 22 and make sure to attend on your selected date.

외국인등록증 발급을 위해 필요한 서류를 모두 제출한 유학생은 지문등록을 위해 청주출입국·외국인사무소를 방문해야 합니다.

당초 학교 버스를 이용하여 단체로 이동할 예정이었으나, 차량 문제로 인해 이번에는 학교 버스를 이용할 수 없게 되었습니다.

이에 따라 학생들은 개별적으로 방문하거나 학생들끼리 그룹을 구성하여 청주출입국·외국인사무소로 이동해 주시기 바랍니다. 학생 여러분의 양해 부탁드립니다.

이번 지문등록은 9월 21일(월) 또는 9월 22일(화) 중 하루를 선택하여 방문하게 되며, 해당 날짜에는 청주출입국·외국인사무소에 단체 지문등록 시간을 예약해 두었습니다. 행정실에서 학생들을 인솔할 예정입니다.

⚠️ 이번 단체 지문등록에 참여하지 못할 경우, 다음 지문등록 일정까지 대기 기간이 매우 길어질 수 있습니다.

따라서 가능한 학생들은 9월 21일(월) 또는 9월 22일(화) 중 가능한 날짜를 선택하여 반드시 참석해 주시기 바랍니다.
